Why take risks?

This is my third or fourth order of Italiana Pizza Dough Balls and whilst I haven't used any from this latest order just yet, the previous consignments have been exceptionally good. We have had a 100% success rate with our Unold pizza oven, every single pizza has been restaurant quality and the flavour fantastic - hence I bought some more. Why take risks and make your own?
